My name is Ved Patel, and I am a Biological Sciences student at the University of Calgary with a concentration in Biotechnology. I am deeply fascinated by how living systems can be engineered to tackle real-world challenges, and I believe the coming decades will usher in an unprecedented wave of innovation driven by novel molecular tools and techniques.
