Lucile Sirodot

Summer Researcher

My name is Lucile Sirodot and I am going into my fourth year as an undergraduate student in Biological Sciences at the University of Calgary. I am most interested in the underlying process of muscle regeneration and will be spending the summer performing assays on different muscle groups in order to understand which types of muscle are degenerated throughout diapause. I will be completing an honours project under Dr. Lebenzon this upcoming school year and intend to pursue a Master’s in Physical Therapy in the future. When I am not in the lab, you can find me at the gym or curled up on the couch with my dog reading a sappy romance novel. I look forward to exploring the world of research, participating in the lab and learning from the rest of the team!
